Carriage House Description and Pricing

The Carriage House is the perfect add-on to the Legacy Barn. Weddings and special events at the Carriage House provide use of the entire venue which includes a 3,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned and heated event space for up to 150 guests and a covered patio area that will serve 100 guests comfortably.  The Carriage House, originally an equipment barn, has been finished out with lumber from the farm and local mills and is infused with simple charm and rustic splendor.  This venue is rustic with its warm wood walls and ceiling and yet elegant with its three chandeliers.  With its simple design, the Carriage House offers multiple options for staging and celebrating your ceremony and reception.  In comfortable weather, the twelve side doors may be rolled up to allow the breezes and scenic views of the farm fields and lake.
